Exhibitor information

List of Exhibitors attending as of 9/25/13

*Space- Crystal 1 along with pre-function area will hold 58 vendors. It will be a first come first serve basis.

There are also other opportunities for exhibitors to sponsor things such as breakfast, refreshment break, and lunch sponsor.

*Exhibitor Time- Thursday from 7:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.

*Booth- 10 x 10 areas with an 8 x 8 booth, 2 chairs not skirted, but draped. On the registration form it will ask exhibitors for their height and width to take into account when assigning booths.

*We will send exhibitor packet information out the middle of July.  The exhibitor packet will include a letter, contract, sponsorship form, map and an agenda of the conference.

*NCSA will run exhibitor registration
